Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and managing team calendars. . Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports as needed. . Maintain organized filing systems and manage records efficiently. . Communicate with clients and partners in both Dutch and English. . Facilitate travel arrangements and logistics for team members. . Assist management with various projects and tasks as required. . Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. . Experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role. Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Competency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with remote working tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
