About the Role. We are seeking a proactive and client-focused . Account Manager. to manage and grow key client relationships for our B2B voice AI solutions. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a high level of service, driving product adoption, and identifying opportunities to expand accounts.. This is a highly collaborative and client-facing role that requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for delivering value through technology.. Core Responsibilities:. Manage and nurture relationships with key client accounts, acting as their main point of contact . Ensure consistent, high-quality communication and client satisfaction across all interactions . Monitor client usage and performance, identifying trends and opportunities for growth . Proactively recommend new features, services, or solutions that align with client needs . Conduct regular check-ins via phone and video calls to maintain strong engagement . Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal teams to resolve client concerns efficiently . Support onboarding and ongoing success of clients using the company’s voice AI solutions . Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates via internal tools . This role is open to all Latin America residents.. 3–5 years in account management or client success roles, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment . Strong relationship-building and client management skills . Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with confidence in phone and video interactions . Proven ability to identify upsell or expansion opportunities within existing accounts . Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to handle client issues effectively . Experience working with tools like Slack, email, and video conferencing platforms . Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. . Company Location: Mexico.
