As a Financial Analyst you will play a key role in supporting financial operations, across the group. You will support core financial processes across our entities, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking. You will work closely with the Director of Operations and gain exposure to strategic decision-making, building a solid foundation for advancement within the FP&A function. On a given day, a Financial Analyst will:. . Perform recurring accounting tasks and journal entries, including but not limited to bank reconciliations, expense recording, revenue recognition, and accounts receivable collections, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.. . Assist with monthly and quarterly financial close processes, including accruals, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions. . Support preparation of consolidated financial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs). . Contribute to budgeting and forecasting cycles by gathering data, analyzing trends, and maintaining financial models. . Help monitor project-level profitability and resource utilization in both software engineering and consulting segments. . Collaborate with teams across Accounting & Finance and the Divisions of Morotech to ensure accurate reporting. . Participate in improving finance tools and processes, including automation of data and reporting workflows. . Assist with preparation for Morotech's financial statements audits by preparing the required documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal controls and support the Group during the audits. . Assist with preparation of investor reporting by gathering and analyzing financial data, preparing supporting schedules, and ensuring accuracy and consistency of the information presented. . Learn and contribute to scenario analysis and business planning initiatives that support strategic growth. . In order to be successful in this role you will need:. . Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. . 3+ years of relevant experience (internships or early-career roles in finance, accounting). . Strong Excel skills and a foundational understanding of financial concepoints. . Familiarity with accounting or ERP systems and willingness to learn new tools. . Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and eager to take initiative. . Comfortable working with cross-functional and international teams. . Fluent in English; other languages are a plus. .
