Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the Media & Entertainment sector.. . Assist German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries and issues.. . Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally while maintaining a positive rapport.. . Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, services, and promotions.. . Work collaboratively with team members to improve customer satisfaction metrics.. . Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to management for service improvement.. . Document all customer interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. . . . Fluent in German (spoken and written), with excellent communication skills in English.. . Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the Media & Entertainment industry.. . Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.. . Proficiency in using CRM software and other computer applications.. . Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on building trust with clients.. . Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.. . Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.. . Company Location: Greece.
