The Inside Sales Advisor will manage the full sales cycle, engaging both inbound leads and outbound prospects to promote industry-leading training courses. Success in this position requires strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a consultative approach to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions. Manage the entire sales process from lead engagement through closing sales, including inbound and outbound communications.. . Maintain and report on an active sales pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking of progress and opportunities.. . Develop in-depth knowledge of online training offerings to recommend the best solutions for clients.. . Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals as set by leadership.. . Build strong relationships with clients through consultative selling and needs assessment.. . Maintain high activity levels, including 50-60 calls/emails daily to maximize sales opportunities.. . . 1-2 years of inside sales experience in services or software, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.. . Strong sales skills with the ability to source, qualify, and close new business opportunities.. . Consultative approach to diagnose client needs and foster lasting relationships.. . High energy, positive attitude, and motivation to maintain consistent outreach efforts.. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills.. .
