You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across cloud-based SaaS platforms, APIs, and healthcare data systems while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and integration issues for customers across acute and payer systems.. Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to communicate root causes, solutions, and status updates.. Document user problems and contribute to knowledge base development to prevent reoccurrence of issues.. Collaborate cross-functionally to manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of cases.. Maintain up-to-date expertise on product features, integrations, and best practices.. Coordinate and execute internal and external meetings to address technical challenges.. Support occasional on-call shifts, weekends, or extended hours as required.. . 1–2 years of experience in SaaS support, technical support, or operations support.. Strong aptitude for data analysis, quality assurance, and problem-solving.. Experience supporting APIs, OAuth, OpenID, SOAP, REST, JavaScript, SQL, HL7, and XML.. Exposure to cloud infrastructure, high-performance web applications, and monitoring tools.. Familiarity with tools such as AppDynamics, Rhapsody Integration Engine, New Relic, DataDog, Salesforce/Service Cloud, Confluence, or PointClickCare is a plus.. Knowledge of RDBMS (preferably SQL Server) and experience with knowledge-centered support (KCS).. Strong communication, relationship management, and documentation skills..
