Minimum of 5 years’ experience in 360 recruitment. , with a focus on tech or enterprise-level clients. . . . Proven international recruitment experience is non-negotiable. – candidates must have worked with global clients or placed talent across borders. . . Strong track record in business development and client retention. . . Deep understanding of technical roles, hiring cycles, and industry trends. . .
