Handle first-level technical support tickets, investigating and resolving issues in a timely manner.. Participate in a nighttime on-call rotation (weekdays) to address urgent customer issues.. Collaborate with engineering, product, and other teams to improve the overall customer experience.. Work on internal tooling, minor coding tasks, and process improvements to enhance support efficiency.. Provide clear and accurate documentation of support cases and resolutions.. Identify recurring issues and propose solutions to prevent future problems.. . High proficiency in English, both written and verbal.. Comfortable using tools like Postman or curl to reproduce and debug issues with REST APIs.. Ability to read and write workable code in languages such as Python, TypeScript, or Ruby..
