Receiving and processing requests for booking hotels, other accommodation facilities, transport services, excursions around the world;. Formation of a commercial offer to the client;. Searching and booking of accommodation options, additional services, according to the request;. Negotiation of the cost, conditions of cancellation, booking and payment with hotels directly and suppliers;. Support in all cases arising from the completed booking (cancellation, changes, relocation, etc.). What We’re Looking For:. . English Proficiency:. Upper Intermediate level (both spoken and written).. Russian Proficiency:. Upper Intermediate level (both spoken and written).. . Soft Skills: . Kindness, empathy, stress-resistance, politeness, and responsibility.. . Quick Learner: . Ability to learn quickly and stay results-focused.. . Travel Knowledge: . Experience in tourism, concierge agency, TMC, DMC or tour operator companies.. . Knowledge of the bases of hotels in Russian Federation and popular destinations: . countries in Europe, Asia.. .
