As the Talent Acquisition Director, you will be at the forefront of shaping our hiring strategies and building a strong employer brand. Your role involves not just recruiting, but innovating and directing our talent acquisition initiatives to align with our long-term business objectives.. Key Responsibilities. Lead and Scale Our Recruitment Operations. Manage and grow a team of recruiters and sources across different time zones. Set and monitor KPIs, workflows, and performance metrics for the full recruitment lifecycle. Oversee hiring for both internal needs and client-facing roles. Build High-Converting Talent Pipelines. Create tailored recruitment strategies for virtual assistants, executive assistants, and other remote roles. Develop sourcing playbooks optimized for the Filipino talent market. Manage and improve the performance of ATS, screening tools, and interview systems. Drive Talent Quality, Speed, and Retention. Improve key metrics like time-to-fill, quality of hire, and 90-day retention rates. Work closely with Client Success teams to forecast needs and maintain a strong candidate bench. Maintain an updated, real-time talent roster ready for immediate placement. Champion Employer Branding and Candidate Experience. Position Scale Virtually as a top employer in the remote talent space. Create compelling job descriptions, outreach templates, and onboarding touchpoints. Ensure every candidate has a positive, respectful, and consistent experience. Support Strategic Hiring Decisions. Collaborate with executive leadership to prioritize and forecast hiring needs. Provide data-driven insights on compensation, market trends, and sourcing approaches. Recommend new tools and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy across the hiring process. Qualifications. Minimum of five years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong background hiring virtual assistants, executive assistants, and offshore support teams. At least two years in a leadership or strategic talent acquisition role, preferably within a staffing agency, BPO, or outsourcing firm. Proven success building and managing high-volume talent pipelines. Deep knowledge of the Filipino remote talent market. Experience working with ATS platforms such as Workable, Breezy, or similar. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate across departments. Comfort with using data and metrics to make decisions and track performance. Experience building recruitment SOPs, training materials, and scalable systems. Company Location: Philippines.
