CloudFactory is seeking a hands-on Marketing Program Manager to design, execute, and optimize industry-specific marketing campaigns that drive top-of-funnel growth. This role is responsible for translating CloudFactory’s core value proposition into compelling, industry-relevant narratives and campaigns that resonate with target buyers and use cases. Reporting into Marketing, this role partners closely with product marketing and sales to build scalable, high-performing vertical campaigns across multiple channels.. The Marketing Program Manager is responsible for creating and running integrated, industry-focused marketing campaigns that generate awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline. This role owns the development of vertical-specific messaging, campaign themes, and supporting assets, and ensures campaigns are continuously optimized based on performance data. The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-oriented, with a strong grasp of how to tailor messaging by industry, buyer, and use case.. Key Responsibilities. Design and execute industry-specific marketing campaigns aligned to priority verticals and use cases.. Tailor CloudFactory’s core messaging to resonate with distinct industry audiences, pain points, and buying motivations.. Define campaign themes, narratives, and value propositions for each vertical.. Partner with subject matter experts and product marketing to develop campaign assets, including:. Blogs and thought leadership content. Case studies and solution briefs. Web pages, emails, and sales-facing assets. Activate campaigns across key marketing channels, including:. Website and landing pages. Email and marketing automation. Paid and organic digital channels. Webinars, virtual events, and industry programs. Own campaign performance tracking and optimization, using data to refine targeting, messaging, channels, and assets.. Establish and report on key KPIs, with a primary focus on top-of-funnel growth (e.g., traffic, engagement, MQLs, and pipeline contribution).. Continuously test, learn, and iterate to improve campaign effectiveness and scalability across verticals.. Qualifications. Proven ability to build and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept through optimization.. Strong understanding of industry-based marketing and use-case-driven messaging.. Results-oriented mindset with comfort owning performance metrics and campaign outcomes.. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.. Experience:. Required. 5–10 years of experience in B2B marketing, campaign management, or demand generation roles.. Experience marketing to specific industries or verticals within B2B technology, data, or AI-related markets preferred.. Education:. Required.
