Handle customer inquiries related to telecommunications services, including plans, devices, and troubleshooting, through phone, email, and live chat in Nordic languages.. . Provide clear and accurate information regarding service offerings, pricing, and terms of service.. . Assist customers with account management, activation, and changes to their services.. . Resolve customer complaints and technical issues promptly, ensuring high satisfaction rates.. . Document customer interactions and feedback in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.. . Collaborate with technical and operational teams to enhance customer experience.. . Stay updated on telecommunications advancements and company offerings to assist customers effectively.. . . Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (such as Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.. .
