Responsibilities. . Respond to customer inquiries in French via phone, email, and chat. . Assist users with marketplace navigation, product inquiries, and transaction issues. . Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support system. . Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues. . Guide customers on best practices for using our platform. . Gather feedback to help improve customer support and service delivery. . Participate in training sessions to stay informed about platform updates and policies. . Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal, is required.
