We’re looking for a strategic, results-oriented . Email Marketing Strategist. to join our client’s growing digital team. In this client-facing role, you’ll take full ownership of end-to-end email marketing initiatives for U.S. and EU-based DTC e-commerce brands. You’ll be responsible for building and executing high-performing campaigns, automations, and flows in Klaviyo—ensuring every touchpoint is optimized to drive engagement, retention, and revenue.. The ideal candidate is highly analytical and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment. You’ll work closely with a copywriter and email designer, while regularly communicating with clients—sharing updates, presenting insights, and aligning on strategy through both email and video calls.. **Note that this role is open to all LATAM and Eastern Europe based candidates** . Your responsibilities:. . Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies tailored to DTC e-commerce brands. . . Own the end-to-end campaign process—from ideation, copywriting, and design direction to execution and testing. . . Set up and maintain Klaviyo automations and flows including welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and win-back sequences. . . Confident in providing regular updates and maintaining clear, professional communication with assigned clients via email and video calls.. . Oversee list segmentation, audience growth, and deliverability best practices. . . Provide clear performance reporting and insights, using KPIs to drive optimization decisions. . . Collaborate with design and copy teams to ensure engaging, brand-aligned content. . . Maintain consistent communication with clients and internal teams to ensure timelines and objectives are met.. . . . Speak and write fluently in English.. . 2+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing, specifically within Klaviyo. . . Proven track record working with U.S. and/or EU-based e-commerce brands (DTC preferred). . . Strong understanding of e-commerce customer journeys and email lifecycle strategies. . . Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. . . Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-informed decisions. . . Comfortable managing multiple accounts and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced remote environment.. . Nice to have:. Prior experience working in a fast-paced marketing agency environment..
