Scope of the Role. This role is a hybrid of sales support and administrative operations. You’ll be a key partner to the sales and account management teams, ensuring retail workflows, documentation, and partner forms are completed accurately and on time. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities will be essential to success.. Key Responsibilities:. . Accurately complete and manage sales forms and templates for major retail partners (e.g., Sephora, Ulta) . . Provide administrative support to sales and account managers, ensuring timely and error-free submissions . . Organize, update, and manage internal sales documentation and brand decks . . Build and maintain Excel trackers for sales activities, timelines, and product submissions . . Create and update PowerPoint presentations as needed for retail meetings or internal reviews . . . Exceptionally organized with a keen eye for detail . . Skilled in Excel (formulas, formatting, data entry) and PowerPoint (design, structure) . . Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote work environment . . Proactive communicator and self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision . . Experience working with retail partner portals like Sephora is a plus . . Excellent written and spoken English.. . Company Location: Colombia.
