As a Senior Project Manager, your responsibilities include:. Planning, implementing, and completing assigned laboratory clinical trials/projects, including medium to high complexity and global initiatives.. Managing project teams, setting goals, timelines, and motivating staff to achieve high-quality outcomes.. Overseeing operational compliance with ICH guidelines, GCP, regulatory requirements, and laboratory procedures.. Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, clients, and cross-functional teams, to ensure project objectives are met.. Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, laboratory specifications, and databases using lab information management systems (LIMS).. Creating project-specific tools such as manuals, quick reference guides, sample requisition forms, and lab kits.. Monitoring project budgets, assessing scope changes, and implementing corrective measures as needed.. Leading client and team meetings, documenting outcomes, and preparing status reports.. Supporting training, process improvement initiatives, and the development of project deliverables.. The ideal candidate will have:. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in nursing, pharmacy, medical technology, or health science.. Extensive experience managing laboratory clinical trials/projects, including global assignments.. Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines, SOPs, and applicable regulatory requirements.. Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and execute complex projects while managing multiple priorities.. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking abilities.. Proficiency with computer systems and software relevant to laboratory project management..
