Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams, you will ensure alignment with business goals and continuously refine strategies based on data insights.. Accountabilities:. . Develop and execute sales enablement strategies that support revenue targets and sales team effectiveness.. . Create, maintain, and update sales materials including training decks, onboarding content, competitive battlecards, and playbooks.. . Optimize Salesforce workflows to enhance adoption, reporting, and sales productivity.. . Partner cross-functionally to align enablement initiatives with overall business objectives.. . Track and analyze enablement metrics to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.. . Promote consistent messaging and best practices across the sales organization.. . . Proven experience in sales enablement, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments.. . Skilled in content creation for training, sales presentations, and competitive analysis materials.. . Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM optimization, particularly Salesforce.. . Experience with Microsoft SharePoint for content management and collaboration.. .
