Support educational initiatives by developing, refining, and applying instructional modalities for professional military education across all levels.. . Conduct needs analyses and research to design, evaluate, and revise curriculum for resident and distributed learning courses.. . Lead curriculum planning, development, and assessment activities, ensuring lessons, tests, rubrics, and course objectives are up to date and effective.. . Supervise teams to accomplish curriculum requirements and serve as Lead Instructional Designer for assigned projects.. . Attend training events and symposiums to incorporate best practices and emerging methodologies into curriculum design.. . Provide professional recommendations on educational products, evaluation data, and course improvements.. . Develop new lesson plans and course content to address evolving educational requirements and generational learning needs.. . . Candidates should have:. . 10+ years of experience in military education or a closely related instructional environment.. . Experience in teaching, curriculum development, and instructional design using frameworks such as ADDIE or similar methodologies.. . Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred or equivalent real-world experience.. . Familiarity with professional military education programs across multiple service branches is highly desirable.. . Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills to develop curriculum and assess instructional effectiveness.. . Ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance.. .
