Project Manager. to partner with a high-volume operations team managing a large-scale liquidation project. In this role, you’ll ensure workflows run efficiently, deadlines are met, and operational processes are optimized. Over time, your responsibilities will grow to include director support and broader operational initiatives.. As a Project Manager, your success will be measured by your ability to execute complex operational projects accurately, streamline workflows, and contribute to scalable process improvements.. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:. Project Management & Tracking. . Oversee the liquidation process for 280+ companies.. . Track filing deadlines and ensure compliance to avoid penalties.. . Organize and assign tasks using Asana or equivalent project management tools.. . Coordinate with internal staff to maintain operational flow.. . Process Optimization. . Implement and refine systems and workflows for efficient project execution.. . Collaborate with technical teams to automate processes and improve data/document handling.. . Ensure accuracy and consistency in all project documentation.. . Reporting & Oversight. . Provide regular updates and progress reports to leadership.. . Identify potential risks or bottlenecks and propose solutions proactively.. . Standardize procedures for future projects to enhance operational consistency.. . Operational Growth. . Expand responsibilities beyond liquidations into director support and Cayman operations.. . Contribute to strategic operational initiatives as the business scales.. . . Colleagues. You’ll report directly to the Chief Compliance & Operating Officer and collaborate closely with internal teams..
