Software Implementation Manager.  responsible for the successful implementation of hardware, software, and technical systems across the organization and its portfolio companies. This role ensures seamless execution of multiple implementation projects—on time, within budget, and with optimal support for internal teams and end users.. The ideal candidate is a highly organized project manager with strong technical knowledge, strong written and communication skills, and a passion for improving processes and outcomes. Implementation Strategy & Oversight. . Responsible for deploying technology solutions across corporate and multiple Portfolio Companies.. . Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive project plans that include timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.. . Customize and adapt integration strategies based on the technical scope, workforce readiness, and business requirements of each initiative.. . 2. Project Coordination & Execution. . Manage and prioritize multiple, concurrent implementation projects, ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals.. . Define clear objectives, establish KPIs, and monitor progress against project schedules.. . Coordinate cross-functional resources and third-party vendors to ensure effective delivery and system compatibility.. . 3. Stakeholder Support & Communication. . Provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders and senior leadership on implementation progress, risks, and resolutions.. . Partner with HR, IT, and department heads to assess training needs and ensure teams are well-prepared to adopt and use new systems.. . Act as an escalation point for implementation-related issues and proactively resolve roadblocks.. . 4. Technical Support & Quality Assurance. . Administer daily workflows and provide technical direction and troubleshooting support for the implementation team.. . Ensure solutions are deployed with minimal disruption and in accordance with security, compliance, and performance standards.. . Evaluate all implementations post-launch for effectiveness, user adoption, and areas of improvement.. . 5. Process Improvement & Policy Development. . Continuously evaluate existing procedures and recommend process improvements to optimize implementation efficiency and employee experience.. . Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.. . 5+ years of experience in software/hardware implementation, technical project management, or systems integration.. . Basic scripting or configuration skills in SaaS platforms.. . Proven ability to oversee multiple, complex projects and cross functional teams.. . Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software deployment, change management, and user adoption practices.. . Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.. . Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project) and CRM/ERP systems.. . PMP or similar project management certification a plus.. . Skills. .
