Requirements. . . 3+ years. of hands-on backend development experience, primarily using . Python. . . . Proven experience with Python frameworks such as . Django, Flask, or FastAPI. . . . Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, database design, and system architecture. . . Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB). . . Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes is a plus. . . Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and agile development practices. . . Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. . . Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision. . . Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an emphasis on leadership and mentoring. . .
