You are a senior designer with 5+ years’ experience creating high-conversion email templates, social graphics, web funnels and marketing collateral. You are native with Figma and Adobe CC, experienced in GHL email design, and fluent in using AI tools to scale creativity and speed for design and videos.. Responsibilities. • Design and optimize high-converting email templates and campaign assets in Go High Level (GHL).. • Deliver visual systems for web, social, ads, decks and funnel pages; maintain a modular design system.. • Run A/B tests, package deliverables with clear specs, and ensure smooth hand-off to Marketing Ops & Developers.. • Introduce AI tooling to accelerate design workflows and maintain high quality and accessibility standards.. Must-have qualifications. • 5+ years’ experience in digital and brand design with a strong portfolio across email, web and social.. • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud; experience with GHL email design and CRM-integrated campaigns.. • Strong understanding of web performance, accessibility, A/B testing and metrics-driven design; excellent English..
