This role is responsible for verifying patient insurance benefits, obtaining prior authorizations, and ensuring accurate coverage information prior to services being rendered.. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of PPO, HMO, and Medicare plans, thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, and demonstrates exceptional communication and organizational skills.. Key Responsibilities. Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits for chiropractic and pain management services.. Obtain and track prior authorizations as required.. Review and confirm coverage details including deductibles, copays, coinsurance, and visit limits. . Communicate insurance information clearly to patients and providers.. Manage inbound and outbound calls related to insurance verification and authorizations. . Coordinate with front desk and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient processing. . Minimum of . 2 years of experience in a Pain Management or Chiropractic practice. in a similar role is required. . Excellent . verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. . .
