We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Associate Director – Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) to join our high-performing Healthcare Consulting team. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise in healthcare—especially across medical devices, digital health, and healthcare services—and possess strong experience in leading and executing Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) engagements. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with leading private equity firms, corporate M&A teams, and strategic investors to assess target companies and support high-impact investment decisions.. As an Associate Director, you will play a pivotal leadership role in delivering complex CDD projects, driving project execution, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to business development and client relationship management. This role requires strong analytical thinking, healthcare market understanding, commercial strategy insight, and a thorough grasp of the mergers & acquisitions process.. Key Responsibilities. . . Lead and manage. end-to-end CDD engagements in the healthcare sector, including digital health and medical devices, for private equity and corporate clients. . . Conduct in-depth . market and competitor assessments. , customer analysis, growth forecasts, and commercial risk evaluations. . . Collaborate with clients to understand investment hypotheses and test them through qualitative and quantitative research. . . Drive the development of clear, insightful, and actionable reports and presentations that support M&A decision-making. . . Provide . strategic recommendations. based on market trends, regulatory dynamics, and operational benchmarks within the healthcare industry. . . Manage and mentor project teams; ensure high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines. . . Support senior leadership in . business development. , including proposal development, pitch presentations, and scoping discussions. . . Stay abreast of emerging trends and innovations across the healthcare ecosystem including payer-provider dynamics, medtech, diagnostics, and digital health platforms. . . Engage directly with senior stakeholders (internal and client-side) to present findings, defend conclusions, and provide strategic input during the deal process. . . Required Skills & Experience. . . 9–16 years. of relevant experience, with at least 4–5 years in Commercial Due Diligence or M&A-focused consulting roles in healthcare. . . Strong background in . healthcare consulting. or strategy roles within medtech, pharma, digital health, or healthcare services. . . Proven experience in leading or delivering CDD projects for private equity or M&A transactions. . . Excellent understanding of . commercial and operational dynamics. across the healthcare value chain. . . Demonstrated capability in conducting . market sizing, competitive benchmarking, customer interviews, and growth projections. . . . Strong business acumen and ability to synthesize large volumes of data into strategic insights. . . Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. . .
