What you’ll do:. You’ll lead and mentor. a team of Individual Contributors, setting expectations and holding them accountable for high performance.. You’ll drive sales results. independently while building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.. You’ll analyze and optimize. team performance by reviewing reports and customer data to identify new growth trends and opportunities.. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally. with our Marketing, Product, and Ops teams to align on strategic decisions and escalate team needs.. Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need…. Demonstrable, repeated experience and success in leading and motivating sales/upsell teams, ideally within a fast-paced Tech or SaaS environment.. Practical, hands-on experience. using CRM tools, specifically Salesforce to track customer interactions and manage workflows.. A data-driven mindset. , with the ability to use analytical tools to evaluate team performance and recommend corrective actions.. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. , with the ability to inspire a team and influence senior leadership.. A proactive "Owner" mentality. , with the drive to resolve conflicts, delegate effectively, and make informed decisions independently..
