Lead and mentor a small team of developers, supporting their growth and performance.. . Own and deliver key features across our React frontend and PHP backend stack.. . Set and guide technical direction, contributing to architectural decisions.. . Conduct code reviews and uphold high coding standards and best practices.. . Collaborate with product, design, and stakeholders to translate ideas into solutions.. . Champion quality, testing, automation, and CI/CD improvements.. . Proactively identify risks and ensure timely delivery of projects.. . What We’re Looking For. . Essential Skills:. . Proven experience as a Team Lead or Senior Developer with leadership responsibilities.. . 5+ years of hands-on PHP development (Laravel, Symfony, or custom middleware).. . 5+ years of React.js experience (Hooks, Context API, Redux or similar state libraries).. . Strong JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and frontend tooling experience (Webpack, Vite).. . Solid understanding of relational database design (MySQL).. . Familiarity with RESTful APIs, OAuth, and JWT-based authentication.. . Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.. . . Desirable Skills:. . Experience with AWS services (ECS, RDS, S3, CloudFormation).. . Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.. . Experience with automated testing frameworks (PHPUnit, Jest, Cypress).. .
