In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing support and guidance in Italian to enhance their educational experiences.. Key Responsibilities. . Respond to customer inquiries regarding e-learning platforms, course offerings, and educational resources via phone, email, and chat in Italian.. . Assist students with enrollment processes, account management, and technical support.. . Provide information on program details, certification options, and learning pathways.. . Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.. . Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and follow-up.. . Collaborate with educational teams to stay informed about course updates and resources.. . Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and service skills.. . . Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.. . Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the education or e-learning sector, is preferred.. . Strong communication skills with a patient and empathetic approach.. .
