This position offers a blend of hands-on engineering, customer interaction, and strategic solution design, where your expertise will directly influence successful deployments and long-term client satisfaction.. Accountabilities:. Act as a key technical point of contact during pre-sales and customer engagement, providing product demonstrations and technical consultations.. Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) efforts by validating requirements, configuring solutions, and guiding partners through setup and integration.. Support architectural design discussions, presenting proposed solutions and addressing detailed technical inquiries from stakeholders.. Collaborate closely with sales, product management, and support teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.. Monitor market trends and provide insights to internal teams to improve product competitiveness and capabilities.. Maintain regular technical and activity reports for leadership visibility..
