In this pivotal role, you will provide exceptional support to our French-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to shipping, delivery tracking, and logistics services.. Your fluency in French will be essential as you communicate effectively with clients, helping them navigate shipping options, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth logistics experience. You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our clients.. Responsibilities. . Provide outstanding customer service in French through phone, email, and chat regarding logistics and courier inquiries. . Assist customers with tracking shipments, managing delivery requests, and answering questions about logistics services. . Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and efficiently. . Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system. . Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely and effective solutions for customers. . Gather insight and feedback from customers to improve our service offerings. . Stay informed about shipping and logistics industry trends and updates. . . Fluency in French and English, with excellent communication skills. . Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving. . Previous experience in customer service, particularly in logistics or courier services, is preferred. . Able to manage multiple inquiries and provide timely solutions. .
