Act as a strategic thought partner and coach to leaders, helping to build and scale high-performing, values-driven teams.. . Advise on performance management, organizational design, rewards, team dynamics, and employee relations.. . Lead key initiatives such as workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent development.. . Collaborate with recruiting to align on headcount forecasting and ensure the right talent is brought on board.. . Identify, lead, and execute process improvements across people operations to maximize impact and efficiency.. . Work cross-functionally with HR teams to deliver programs in compensation, DEI, benefits, learning & development, and more.. .
