Key Responsibilities. . Monitor and manage online business listings and directories . . Contact business sellers via phone and email with clarity and professionalism . . Draft and send follow-up communications and inquiries . . Support light accounting tasks including AP/AR tracking and reporting . . Maintain accurate records of conversations, transactions, and communications . . Assist with calendar scheduling, basic research, and general executive support tasks . . Communicate regularly with internal teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of tasks. . Requirements. . . Fluent English communication. (spoken and written) – . non-negotiable. . .
