The Associate Peer Group Leader’s (APGL) primary role is to support Peer Group Leaders in the preparation for and execution of semi-annual meetings and additional virtual interactions with our members. . The successful candidate must have a strong interest in the finance and treasury functions and the role they play in global companies. He/she/they must be an organized multitasker with strong project-management and oral and written communication skills, appropriate for interfacing with senior-level executives. He/she/they must thrive in a dynamic and fluid environment, and be willing to travel.. Responsibilities. General. . Coordinating with other APGLs to streamline operations, implement best-practices, and support firm-wide initiatives to enhance infrastructure and processes. . Onboarding new Members onto the NeuGroup platform including the scheduling on introductory welcome meetings . . Collaborating with Marketing team on upcoming meetings and the development of promotional collateral. . Managing Member peer group sites with initial market research to identify and track potential new members . . Coordinating with Sales team on new membership opportunities. . Delivering project management capabilities to support the scheduling of peer group meetings and virtual sessions. . Peer Group Meetings. . Working with Peer Group Leader, Members, and meeting Sponsor in developing topical and relevant meeting agendas. . Preparing and collecting internal and external meeting materials and presentations. . Driving meeting attendance through active outreach. . Coordinating with Events team on meeting attendance and event planning. . Managing logistics and materials for remote and in-person events. . Traveling domestically, with occasional international travel, to a number of in-person meetings each half, acting as onsite lead (travel up to 25%). . Taking notes to capture meeting content and key takeaways. . Participating in debriefing session with Content team for publication of articles in . NeuGroup Insights. . . . A Bachelor’ degree is required, and 2-3 years of post-college business experience is preferred . . Proficiency in virtual and hybrid work environments and tools (e.g., Zoom and Teams) . . Fluency in MSFT Office. . Strong technical skills (familiarity with Salesforce, and Asana is a plus). . Strong oral/written communication skills. . Company Location: United States.
