Head of Outsourcing at Deblock. As Head of Outsourcing, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and overseeing Deblock’s outsourcing and ICT risk management framework, in line with applicable regulatory requirements, including DORA.. Design, implement and maintain a robust outsourcing framework, aligned with regulatory requirements and best practices;. Define outsourcing policies, procedures and governance standards across the organisation;. Perform and oversee vendor due diligence, including risk assessments (operational, ICT, compliance, financial);. Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date outsourcing/vendor register, including all required regulatory information;. Monitor outsourcing risks on an ongoing basis, including performance, incidents and concentration risk;. Define and implement key risk indicators (KRIs) and reporting mechanisms;. Ensure full compliance with DORA requirements related to outsourcing and ICT third-party risk.. 👀 What we are looking for. Strong experience in outsourcing, third-party risk management or ICT risk;. Good understanding of European regulatory frameworks, including DORA and outsourcing requirements;. Experience designing and implementing control frameworks and governance processes;.
