Develop and manage execution of a content strategy including articles, case studies, podcasts, and other related initiatives;. . Analyze performance data using GA4 and Clarity to enhance user engagement, increase retention, and guide marketing decisions;. . Coordinate digital projects by collaborating with content, SEO, design, and development teams to achieve shared objectives;. . Drive lead generation and conversion rate optimization by implementing strategies that attract and convert high-quality leads;. . Oversee marketing performance by tracking key KPIs, assessing campaign effectiveness, and making data-driven adjustments.. . What you need to succeed in this role:. . 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, including work with websites, content, and customer acquisition, with 1 year in a managing position;. . Strong analytical skills: proficiency in GA4 (or GA), Microsoft Clarity, and marketing/user behavior analytics tools;. . Experience working with international markets (especially English-speaking: USA, EU) — a big plus, especially in digital/B2B;. . Budgeting and planning skills, sprint setting, and cost control;. . English — B2+ (for working with analytics, platforms, content, and international audiences).. . Will be a great plus:. . Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;. .
