Handle customer inquiries related to cloud services, technical specifications, and account issues via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.. . Provide detailed information on cloud offerings, pricing, and benefits to prospective and existing customers.. . Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and optimizing their services.. . Resolve technical issues and customer complaints promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.. . Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective management and follow-up.. . Collaborate with technical teams to enhance service delivery and improve customer experience.. .
