Knowledge of programming or scripting (JavaScript, NodeJS, HTML, CSS, Python – or similar). . . Great communication skills in . English (advanced, oral and written). . . . Problem-solving mindset, eager to learn and grow. . . Team player, adaptable and curious.. . Responsibilities:. . Assist in investigating and troubleshooting customer-facing technical issues. . . Escalate complex problems to senior engineers or development teams. . . Document recurring issues and solutions to contribute to internal knowledge bases. . . Support monitoring of production systems and report incidents accurately. . . Learn and apply key tools (ticketing systems, SQL, APIs, monitoring dashboards). . . Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional teams on root cause analysis. . . Participate in training programs to build technical expertise in AdTech, analytics, and platform support.. .
