Customer Success Manager. to play a key role in ensuring strong client relationships and driving new opportunities forward.. What You’ll Do. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the main point of contact for our clients and prospects. You’ll balance nurturing existing relationships with converting new inbound leads from marketing into long-term partnerships.. Key Responsibilities:. . Serve as the trusted partner for existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. . . Build long-term relationships by understanding clients’ goals and providing proactive solutions. . . Handle incoming leads from marketing, guiding them through discovery, qualification, and initial conversations. . . Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, operations, marketing, sales) to ensure seamless client experiences. . . Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, or cross-selling services. . . Track client satisfaction and implement feedback processes to continuously improve. . . Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare reports on client engagement and pipeline progress. . . What We’re Looking For. . . Experience. : 4+ years in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles (outsourcing/agency experience is a big plus). . . . Communication. : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (other languages a bonus). . . . People-first mindset. : Strong ability to build relationships and problem-solve with empathy. . . . Business acumen. : Understanding of outsourcing, B2B services, or IT-related solutions. . . . Proactivity. : Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple clients and leads at once. . . . Tools. : Familiarity with CRM platforms, communication tools, and reporting dashboards. . .
