India. .. As an IT System Administrator working the US shift, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring seamless technology operations across a global team. You'll support cloud-first environments, manage user access and device configurations, and contribute to maintaining a secure, well-documented IT infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical troubleshooting skills, a proactive mindset, and a deep understanding of SaaS platforms and identity management systems. You'll collaborate closely with colleagues in the US and UK to ensure global IT service continuity, making a direct impact on employee productivity and IT security.. . Accountabilities:. . Deliver high-quality support to end-users in a global, cloud-based environment.. . Oversee service desk operations, including ticket resolution, onboarding/offboarding, and escalation handling.. . Manage SaaS account provisioning and license tracking across 200+ tools.. . Support workstation configuration using MDM tools (Intune, JAMF).. . Collaborate with cybersecurity and compliance teams on access reviews and reports.. . Administer and troubleshoot identity systems, especially Okta and O365 SSO integrations.. . Work with application owners to configure SAML, OIDC, SCIM for SSO and support new SaaS onboarding.. . Document processes and maintain IT operational procedures for knowledge sharing and continuity.. . . 3–8 years of experience in corporate IT, with strong background in identity and SaaS management.. . Expertise in troubleshooting both Windows and Mac operating systems.. . Proficiency in Okta, O365, and Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies and protocols (SAML, OIDC, SCIM).. . Comfortable managing multiple priorities and handling user requests via helpdesk, email, and in-person.. . Excellent communication, time management, and self-management skills.. . Strong understanding of networking, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity principles.. . Experience supporting global teams and collaborating across time zones.. . Preferred exposure to compliance frameworks like GDPR, SOC2, ISO 27001, or PCI-DSS.. . Company Location: India.
