That’s where you come in as our Senior Designer.. What Success Looks Like. You elevate the visual standard across every listing and campaign, producing assets that are clean, premium and conversion-focused. Amazon images consistently outperform competitors.. New products launch with clear visual direction from day one. AI tools act as force multipliers, enabling faster concepting and creative exploration. Image stacks, infographics and A+ content feel cohesive, modern and instantly recognisable.. Stakeholders trust your judgement, revisions stay low and your work delivers measurable commercial impact.. Primary Objectives (20% Big Rocks). • Own visual optimisation across all Amazon listings including main images and A+ content. • Lead visual development for all new products across stationery and toys from concept to launch. Regular Work Activities (80%). . • Optimise Amazon image stacks using conversion rate principles and testing. • Create mockups, concepts and visuals for new products. • Develop packaging design assets . • Design and update websites in collaboration with the marketing team. • Support marketing teams with ads, emails and social campaign visuals. • Plan and create product videos . • Stay up to date with new Amazon creative features such as video placements, A+ modules and Brand Story options . • Monitor design trends and competitor imagery to identify opportunities to strengthen our visuals. . Key Skills. • Strong proficiency in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). • Skilled with AI design tools such as Midjourney, Gemini or related software. • Proven ability to create moodboards, Amazon-optimised images, A+ content and storefront assets. • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy and data-informed design. • Excellent eye for detail, clean layouts and pixel accuracy. • Ability to produce rapid iterations for testing and performance optimisation. • Confident communicator able to clarify briefs and manage stakeholders effectively. People, Contacts and Interactions. • CEO weekly to coordinate priorities. • Ad-hoc meetings to update on project progress.  . • 4+ years design experience. • Portfolio demonstrating elevated design and brand development. • Comfortable using analytics to guide creative decisions. • Strong ownership mentality and ability to manage multiple streams of work. • Experience building scalable design systems and repeatable templates. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and changing environment. • Bonus: experience in video editing or creative direction for motion assets.
