We are currently seeking a bilingual Client Success Manager to join our team. As a Valatam team member, you will play a crucial role in developing client projects and accounts to initiate and maintain good client-team member relationships, meeting the operational needs of assigned client segments, ensuring that project goals are met, and ensuring customer satisfaction.. You’ll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following:. . Maintaining relationships with clients through regular check-ins.. . Preemptively solving problems with clients or their team members before they happen.. . Growing our teams on each account through upselling and cross-selling.. . Generating referrals from your accounts.. . Presenting new placements, scheduling calls, and onboarding clients.. . Updating databases and generating reports as needed.. . Updating VA Manager on new placements and coordinating placement logistics.. . Providing feedback on team members' performance and client satisfaction.. . . Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. . C1/C2 English writing and speaking skills.. . At least 2 years of account or client management experience preferably remote.. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships.. . Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.. . A quiet home office with a desk and office chair.. .
