Providing technical development support for Oracle E-Business Suite with focus on the Inventory, Order management and MSCA/WMS modules.. Contractors are expected to conduct work two days a week on site at NCI Agency Belgium location (Braine-l'Alleud) and 3 days a week remotely, in coordination with the FinS System Management Team and to be able to leverage the expertise available from Key Users. Skill, Knowledge & Experience:. . The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance . . A minimum of 5 years recent practical experience as an Oracle EBS Developer on Oracle EBS 12.2, demonstrating 24 months sustained period of performance on the previous 2 most recent assignments.. . Excellent understanding of the data model for Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1/12.2.. . Working knowledge of the Oracle Unified Method (OUM) and/or the Oracle Application Implementation Methodology (AIM). . . Detailed knowledge of and experience with Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1/12.2 focusing on Oracle E-Business Suite development, including but not limited to:. . Advanced knowledge of and experience with SQL and PL/SQL.. . Experience with Java development in Oracle EBS, preferably in the Oracle MSCA/WMS area.. . Advanced knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite Workflow and Developer tools.. . Experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) development and personalization.. . Experience of working with Financial Statement Generator, Application Desktop Integrator (ADI), Web ADI and XML Publisher.. . Experience in working under software development methodology and with software implementation lifecycle.. . Knowledge of accounting fundamentals and experience in the development and maintenance of financial software.. . A high-level understanding of functional aspects of Oracle E- Business suite.. .
