
Sr. Solutions Consultant at Schoox, LLC. Customers are the lifeblood of our company and we’re looking for a sales-oriented and results-driven Senior Solution Consultant to engage, develop, and enable our customers to fully utilize our platform.. The Senior Solution Consultant (SC) is primarily responsible for discovering/determining the overall strategic, operational, and technical scope of new business opportunities with customers and prospects. The SC will develop and deliver personalized demonstrations that highlight the benefits of the Schoox platform and services specific to the customer’s needs and show how we are uniquely qualified to win their business. Part business analyst, part technologist, part salesperson, the SC works closely with the Sales Executive to support the full life cycle of client acquisition as well as support the transition of the customer to the implementation team and client success organization. . The qualified candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and deep domain expertise in Talent Management business processes including Learning & Development, Compliance Training, Social & Collaborative Learning, Instructional Design, Development Plans, Goal Setting, Performance Reviews, Career Pathing, Competency Models, Talent Pools, Certifications, Reporting, Extended Enterprise Learning, Talent Management systems integrations with other systems, and more.. How You Will Impact Schoox. . Demonstrate customized product functionality and relay value proposition. . Assist in aligning client's needs, goals, and objectives. . Understand prospective clients' business environments. . Verbally and accurately communicate simple and complex solutions. . Transition accounts and communicate business requirements to project/implementation teams. . Stay aware of competitors' solutions and be able to position effectively against them. . Assist with RFP’s/RFI’s/RFQ’s. . Communicate with the Solution Consultant team regarding best practices. . Early recognition of risk factors in an implementation project. . Providing feedback to the product team about product gaps and needs. . Managing customer expectations . . . Participate in discovery meetings with clients to understand their current state processes, business drivers for change, future state vision, needs & wants . . Understand prospective clients' business environments. . Collaborate with the Sales Executive on sales strategies and tactics that will improve the chances of winning the business. . Develop and deliver personalized demonstrations of Schoox for prospective & existing clients. . Accurately describe Schoox current functionality and capabilities . . Travel (when appropriate) to client sites or trade shows to support sales activities. . Understand and be able to present Schoox roadmap details when appropriate in demonstrations . . Accurately communicate simple and complex solutions both verbally and in writing. . Capture and maintain notes in SFDC about clients’ requirements, needs, and requests to support their effective transition to project/implementation teams. . Assist with completing RFP’s/RFI’s/RFQ’s by reviewing, editing and at times authoring responses to questions. . . Stay aware of competitors' solutions and be able to position effectively against them. . Collaborate with other SCs on team projects, best practices, demo resources, and complex deals. . The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock options.
