We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Virtual Assistant AI Tech Specialist to. design, build, and support AI-powered automations and agent workflows. You’ll work closely with both. internal teams and clients to streamline operations through AI and automation.. AI Agent & Automation Development:. . Design, build, and maintain AI agent workflows using N8N or similar no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Make, Zapier, Pipedream).. . Integrate tools such as CRMs, email services, SMS platforms, and databases into seamless automated systems.. . Customize logic and flows to match each client’s specific goals and operations.. . Monitor performance, troubleshoot bugs, and continuously optimize automation flows.. . Develop internal tools and client-facing systems to enhance productivity and service delivery.. . . Client Implementation & Support:. . Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned clients post-sale.. . Provide walkthroughs, updates, and responsive support—ensuring clear communication without excessive handholding.. . Collaborate with team members on strategic automation solutions, implementation planning, and innovative AI use cases.. . . Administrative Support:. . Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling.. . Organize and maintain files and documents (digital and physical as needed).. . Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials.. . . AI & Tech Tools:. . Use AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney) to generate or refine content. . Help identify and implement AI workflows to improve team efficiency. . . Qualifications & Skills:. . Proficiency with low-code/no-code automation platforms such as N8N, Make, Zapier, or Pipedream errors. . Experience integrating APIs, building custom automations, and debugging complex. . Familiarity with prompt engineering and large language model (LLM) use cases (e.g., GPT-4). . Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and client-friendly tone. . Highly adaptable with strong creative problem-solving skills. . Ability to manage multiple projects or clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. . Experience with AI arbitrage systems, internal AI tool development, or automation strategy. . Background in building chatbots, lead generation workflows, or sales funnel integrations. . Familiarity with CRMs, marketing automation, and basic HTML/CSS. . Prior experience working in agency or SaaS environments is a plus. . Technically confident, yet people-oriented—able to collaborate and communicate effectively. . Comfortable navigating a startup-paced and constantly evolving work environment. . .
