We are seeking a results-driven Strategic Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of key enterprise clients. This role focuses on developing and executing strategies that maximize revenue, expand service adoption, and strengthen long-term client relationships. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, collaborate across teams to align solutions with client needs, and leverage insights to drive business outcomes. Accountabilities. ·         Manage a named portfolio of strategic accounts, developing account plans to drive growth and expansion.. ·         Lead quarterly business reviews with executive stakeholders to identify new opportunities and drive revenue growth.. ·         Cultivate deep client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.. ·         Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and client satisfaction.. ·         Track and report on account performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.. ·         Influence internal teams and senior leadership to ensure successful delivery and expansion of services.. ·         Stay informed of industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to strategically position solutions.. ·         Travel to client sites and conferences as needed (approximately 20–30%).. ·         5+ years of enterprise or strategic account management experience, preferably in SaaS or technology.. ·         3+ years supporting professional services, ideally in legal or accounting sectors.. ·         Proven ability to develop and execute account growth strategies for complex enterprise solutions.. ·         Demonstrated success in achieving revenue growth and meeting/exceeding sales targets.. ·         Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.. ·         Experience managing relationships with senior leadership and influencing key decisions.. ·         Familiarity with leveraging AI tools to improve workflows, decision-making, or client solutions.. ·         Team-oriented mindset, with a self-motivated and competitive approach to driving results.. ·         High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate complex client interactions.. ·         Preferred location: Austin, Texas..
