Proactively generate leads and follow up with potential residents. . . Conduct property tours (in-person or virtual) and present units in a compelling way. . . Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins. . . Maintain a deep understanding of property features, pricing, and availability. . . Build relationships with local communities, businesses, and referral networks. . . Assist in lease signings and move-in coordination. . . Work with the property management team to meet occupancy goals. . . Accurately maintain CRM and leasing records.. . . . Fluency in both Spanish and English. (written and spoken) is . required. . . . 3++ years of sales, leasing, or customer service experience preferred. . . Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. . .
