Provide exceptional customer service in Italian to clients in the Food & Beverage industry.. . Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, and services via phone, email, or chat.. . Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience.. . Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.. . Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets and ensure customer satisfaction.. . Provide support for order processing and follow-up, ensuring timely delivery of products. . . . Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.. . Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably within the Food & Beverage industry.. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.. . Ability to handle inquiries and complaints with patience and empathy.. . Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.. .
