Recordings are done using a teleprompter, so raw footage is clean and easy to edit.. Team & Workflow. You will work with a remote team of 5–10 people, including scriptwriters, content creators, editors, thumbnail designers, and project managers.. Our time-zone-optimized workflow:. Asia: Scriptwriting . Europe: Recording . South America: Editing . Once footage is uploaded, your workday begins. Each video is expected to be completed within 8–9 hours and submitted via Frame.io for review.. Responsibilities:. Editing talking-head and screen-recorded footage into engaging tutorials . Cutting mistakes and unnecessary sections . Synchronizing camera footage with screen recordings . Adding animations, visual effects, and on-screen elements . Using AI tools to enhance visuals and storytelling . Maintaining consistent pacing and structure across videos . Uploading completed videos to Frame.io for review . Implementing feedback and revisions when required . Managing time effectively to meet daily and weekly deadlines . Producing 4–5 high-quality videos per week. Proven experience as a YouTube video editor . Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and audience engagement . Experience editing tutorial and explainer-style content . Proficiency in at least one professional editing tool: . Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, or similar . Ability to work independently in a remote environment . Strong time management and reliability . Ability to complete a full 8–12 minute video within 8–9 hours . Availability for full-time work . Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have). Experience creating custom animations and VFX . Familiarity with AI-based editing and animation tools . Experience using: . Frame.io . Remotion . Higgsfield Vibe Motion .
