As a CRM Developer & Administrator, you will play a central role in managing, customizing, and optimizing the organization’s Dynamics 365 CRM system to support business operations and objectives. You will collaborate closely with multiple departments to ensure the system aligns with evolving business needs, streamline processes, and enhance efficiency. This role requires a strong mix of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and effective communication. You will be instrumental in supporting end-users, driving system improvements, and ensuring seamless integration across various business functions.. . Accountabilities. In this role, you will:. . Administer and maintain the Dynamics 365 CRM environment, including user accounts, security roles, and permissions.. . Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement regular updates to ensure reliability and security.. . Customize and configure CRM features, including entities, fields, forms, workflows, plugins, and integrations.. . Develop technical solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and related technologies.. . Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional technical specifications.. . Conduct testing, debugging, and quality assurance for CRM customizations and integrations.. . Provide technical support, training, and user documentation to enhance system adoption and efficiency.. . Assist with data migration, data management, and system reporting to ensure accurate and organized information.. . To succeed in this role, you should have:. . Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator/Developer.. . Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM customization, configuration, and administration.. . Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.. . Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking.. .
