Manage customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and online services via phone, email, and chat in Polish.. . Provide comprehensive information to customers about product details, pricing, and shipping options.. . Assist customers with order processing, tracking, returns, and exchanges efficiently.. . Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.. . Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.. . Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and address service-related challenges.. . Stay informed about the latest trends in e-commerce and the range of products offered on the platform.. . .
