US-based role. is the operational engine behind Goldratt Group's growth in North America and reports to the Director of Strategic Services. This role is expected to continue to build out and fill our introductory sessions led by the CEO and Directors through creating partnerships and building new relationships with associations nationwide. These sessions are what drive the Flow Solutions Workshops (. www.goldrattflow.com). and lead to long-term engagements for the company. You will also serve as the CEO's right hand while he is in the US; responsible for maximizing the impact of his time during monthly visits and keeping the growth pipeline moving when he is abroad. . At its core, this role has three main responsibilities: . Building partnerships with professional associations to host executive workshops. Managing every logistical detail to make those events happen seamlessly, and . Ensuring the CEO's US calendar is filled with the highest-value meetings and events. Most workshops are hosted in partnership with associations who handle member outreach and venue coordination. A smaller number are self-hosted, meaning you will own everything end to end, including outreach to fill the room. This is a high-travel, high-autonomy role for someone who is organized, relationship-driven, and comfortable representing the company alongside senior leadership.. Core Responsibilities. Partnership Development. Research and identify national and regional professional associations as potential partners. Conduct outbound outreach to cultivate relationships with association leadership, understand their interests, and assess fit. Evaluate potential partners for commercial alignment, advocacy effectiveness, and strategic value. Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements with associations. Create win-win partnership structures that deliver value to the association's membership . Leverage existing network relationships and client connections to generate new partnership leads. CEO Calendar and Travel Management. Build and manage the CEO's US calendar during monthly visits, prioritizing the highest-value activities: workshops, prospect meetings, association meetings, and follow-up visits. Manage the business pipeline and strategic objectives, and prioritize accordingly. Coordinate all US travel logistics for the CEO. Workshop Logistics and Event Management. Manage logistics for concurrent workshops across US locations, each at different pipeline stages. Execute marketing campaigns for self-hosted events, including LinkedIn outreach, network activation, and promotional content coordination. Build and manage promotional plans and milestone timelines for each event. On-Site Support and Post-Event Follow-Up. Travel to and attend workshops to support the CEO, and build rapport with attendees. Serve as a credible, personable representative of GG alongside the CEO in front of senior company leaders. Lead post-event outreach to attendees to encourage registration for paid training programs. Drive conversion of workshop attendees into paid training registrations. Internal Coordination. Coordinate with Operations Manager on marketing materials and website updates. Collaborate with the CEO on promotional content including videos and social media posts. Support exploration of SEO, digital advertising, and other inbound lead generation channels. Qualifications. Required. 5 to 10 years of professional experience in partnerships, business development, or event management. Demonstrated ability to build and manage professional relationships with senior-level stakeholders. Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects across different stages and locations. Excellent follow-up and follow-through discipline. Comfortable with significant domestic travel. Strong verbal communication skills; able to represent the company professionally alongside the CEO. Self-starter who can work independently and exercise sound judgment with minimal supervision. Ability to travel 50% or more and must be located in the continental US with easy access to a major airport. Preferred. Experience working in or with manufacturing, industrial, or operationally complex companies. Familiarity with association partnership models or professional event management. Experience supporting C-level executives in a chief-of-staff, executive assistant, or operations capacity. Exposure to the Theory of Constraints (TOC) or continuous improvement methodologies. Experience with CRM tools, marketing automation, or campaign management. What Success Looks Like. A growing pipeline of association partnerships producing consistent workshop volume. Workshops consistently meeting attendance targets. Strong conversion rates from workshop attendees into paid training registrations. CEO's US time is maximized with productive, high-value meetings, supported by seamless logistics.
